Since high quality is our priority, customized orders are currently taking about four to five weeks to ship depending on the size of the order and level of customization. All other are shipped the next business day. The shipped balls are deflated to reduce shipping costs. Your order will be delivered in one shipment. Lost, Damage or Return Policy
A. Customer must call within 10 days of purchase to return any item. After 10 days there will be 15% restocking. Items accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defects or error is subject to 15% restocking fee.
B. Only those instruments having a manufacturer's defect will be accepted for replacement within10 days of purchases. Misused or used items will not be accepted. Credit will only be issued for our company errors, such as shortages, wrong item, or price adjustment.
C. Customer must call 3 days prior to returning any item. All return items must be shipped in the original packing.
